Electrical Circuits

Class five have been working hard to consolidate their understanding of circuits. Their challenge was to create a game or activity incorporating a circuit with a bulb, buzzer, motor and switch. The children had to design and build their circuit, solving problems and modifying their plans as they went. Everyone was successful in creating a game, which ranged from a clown with a spinning bowtie, a cat chasing a mouse and questions about One Direction, Jacqueline Wilson and leaf identification. I was really impressed with the childrens ability to be resourceful with the equipment we had, and the effort they all made to overcome the problems in getting their circuits working successfully. They even got to show their work in assembly. Well done Class 5!
I loved doing this and hope we do it again soon
