Presentation Night

Presentation Night tonight was the usual mix of celebration, party and humour and although very hot in the marquee, everyone had a great time paying tribute to the extraordinary achievements all 360 children at the Centre have experienced this week.

Each year, three awards are given for children who have stood out from the group for three reasons- the Wally award is for someone who kept the group’s spirits up and stayed happy and humorous all week. This year, the winner was…
The second award is the Bottle award for someone who has shown huge courage over the week and really faced their fears. This was a very hard category to decide on but the winner was…
And finally, the award for someone who has really thrown themselves into the challenges of the week and tried hard throughout all activities is called the Superstar which this year went to…
Look out tomorrow for comments about all of the children from Woolsery- they have, without exception been a real credit and I’m sure that after the final two activities tomorrow, and a good long sleep, they’ll all have fantastic tales to tell.

This holiday was amazing and I miss it loads :) ,even though I have only been away for 2-4 hours. Sophie our instructor was epic, thank-you Sophie if you are reading this! :P
