The children in Alminstone and Ashmansworthy joined forces for some enquiry led learning. After watching a programme about the great British seaside holiday, a Victorian innovation, the children worked in mixed age groups to discuss which aspect they might like to explore further: piers, fun fairs, trams or seaside concerts. They recorded their ideas and questions, ready for research later this week.
