Little Cooks


IMG_2903We have been making bread rolls. Yum yum!
Here is the recipe:

650g strong white flour
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
15g butter
7g sachet of dried yeast
400ml warm water

• Mix the dry ingredients together.
• Rub in the butter.
• Add the warm water and mix to form a dough.
• Knead for 10 minutes.
• Shape the dough into rolls (or any desired shape!)
• Cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for 45 minutes.
• Bake at 230degrees C for 15-20 minutes.
• Allow to cool and then enjoy!
