Balloon Rocket Investigation

Ashmansworthy class have been investigating forces. Their challenge was to make their balloon travel the furthest distance along a piece of string by changing variables such as the type of balloon, type of string or type of straw. We had mixed results and only a couple of popped balloons! The children have written a report on their findings which you are welcome to look at during our open afternoon next Friday (20th March).
