Gymnastic improvement

Since the beginning of term we have learnt a range of gymnastic movements and balances. We have learnt to hold balances for five seconds tensing our muscles. Our confidence has developed, particularly with the variety of jumps we have learnt and different types of rolls. We have choreographed a gymnastic sequence which we have practised and will perfect next week.
