Viking Soup

Burscott Class decided that they would like to try some traditional viking soup for themselves. We only used vegetables that would have been available to the vikings. We cooked them in our pot over an open fire. It was delicious!
It tasted great! Well done Burscott class….or should I say ‘Well done Vikings’.
