Using six figure grid references

Ashmansworthy class have been learning how to use six figure grid references to identify places on an OS map. Using the Bude and Clovelly map (190) they had to work together to find and identify symbols and places. Next time we will be using the scale to calculate distances between places and inventing our own questions for other children to answer.

  1. I had a try today and needed Bo K’s, Sean’s and Joe’s help! They finally helped me do it accurately-after I had found my glasses! Thank you boys.
