Cuboid Investigation

Ashmansworthy class have been learning about finding the volume of cuboids. We found out that you can use the formula length x base x height to calculate the amount of space the cuboid takes up. This is called the volume and is measured in units cubed.

One group investigated how many different cuboids could be made with the volume 24cm cubed. They used straws and nodes to construct the cuboids with the correct dimensions. They worked together in the yurt and produced 12 different cuboids.
