Roman Cooking

Some of us have been doing some Roman cooking with Mrs Furse. Yesterday, we made ‘Panis Dulis’ (sweet bread) using bread, milk, olive oil and honey. It was scrumptious! We also found a recipe for ‘Stuffed Dormouse’; a common Roman treat. Perhaps we will make that next week…!
