Mixing magic recipes

Yesterday in Alminstone, we were learning about scaling in Maths. We had recipes for making teachers do exactly what you want. The ingredients included toe nails, bugs, noses and lots of other nasty objects. We were told how many ingredients were needed for 3 pupils, then we had to work out how many of each ingredient we would need for 1 pupil and 10 pupils, using multiplication and division. We had great fun mixing the ingredients in the cauldrons. 
Those evil magic recipes sound like a lot of fun- I hope they don’t work on parents too! I’ll have to watch out if Jacob offers to cook me something this weekend 🍵
