Health Ambassador Cookery Club: Veggie Pitta Pizzas

This week in ‘Health Ambassador Cookery Club’, we made some extremely delicious (and, of course, healthy) ‘Pitta Pizzas’. We spread tomato puree on top of wholemeal pitta breads and then topped with some grated cheddar and a selection of colourful toppings (peppers, sweetcorn, spring onion, tomato, mushrooms). We talked about the food groups that each of the ingredients fitted into.
