Learning about Islam

This afternoon we have been learning about pilgrimages. We found out about ‘Hajj’ (the 5th pillar of Islam; pilgrimage to Mecca). We then thought about Christian pilgrimage and talked about special journeys that we have been on. During s
ome reflection time, we coloured Islamic patterns, choosing colours that are meaningful to us.
