Anyone for ice cream?

This afternoon in Alminstone class, we had great fun making our first batch of ice cream. Using ice, rock salts, two plastic resealable bags, cream, whole milk, sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla extract, we made chocolate and vanilla ice cream. The results were mixed. The experiment to see which flavour was preferred found that generally chocolate was tastier and cream is better than yoghurt. Next we need to decide how we will make most profit with our ice cream sale on Wednesday.
