Minibeast Hunt

Ashmansworthy class enjoyed a wet afternoon looking for minibeasts as part of our science this term. Once we had found some, we had to classify them according to whether they were arachnids, insects, crustaceans, annelids or molluscs. We used ID charts and identification books to help us. We found lots of woodlice, millipedes, snails, and ants. We also found a toad (which is an amphibian!).
