An author comes to visit…..

Today, Burscott & Stroxworthy class were enchanted with an author who illustrates all her own books and publishes them! Amy , AC Winfield, has written 8 books that have been published. The can be found on Amazon if you forgot she was coming today.
When asked which was her favourite book, she replied she couldn’t possibly choose. The best question came from Finley, “Which is the most used word in your books?” So the challenge is to read her books and let us know……
We created our own stories and used dictionaries to choose more interesting words and shared our opening paragraph. We have taken them home to continue with them. Thank you, Amy.
