Dinosaur World

Today, Alminstone travelled down to Torquay and were transported millions of years back in time to the age of the dinosaurs. We explored a range of interactive displays, working as palaeontologists excavating fossils, comparing different claws and teeth, riding different dinosaurs and bravely placing our heads in the jaws of a T-Rex. We learnt lots of information about each dinosaurs’ diet, strengths and weaknesses, how they were born and how fossils are made.
