Fireworks

Sunflowers have enjoyed creating some colourful, sparkly firework pictures:-
We also liked using chalk to make firework pictures:-
In letters and sounds we watched fireworks on our interactive whiteboard.
We then made the sounds of the fireworks ourselves; bang, wheeeeee, whoosh, fzzzzzzzzz, boom and crack.
Our mathematics challenge involved naming numerals and matching the numbers on a rocket:-
By squeezing tweezers, we attached pom poms to velcro firework shapes:-
