Bears for Children in Need

In art we have enjoyed using a palette of watercolours to paint a bear. We learnt in order to get a good co!our we needed to dip our brush into the water and then go “round and round” in the paint.

Using play dough helps our eye-hand co-ordination and helps develop our fine motor skills ready for writing and drawing. By manipulating the play dough and then adding coloured buttons and eyes,we created Pudsey Bear.

In our messy tuff tray containing gelli baff, we used our hands to hunt for hidden bears. Our challenge was then to count how many hearts were on each bear.
