We had a lovely relaxing paddle along the canal to the lock in our dragon boat. Just the perfect way to spend a sunny Thursday morning. Videos to follow…hopefully!

Everybody made a great effort with their fancy-dress tonight. We had some egg-cellent costumes: a festive reindeer, some scary looking cowboys and Roman soldiers, the Mario Brothers, a turtle (I think) and a poo, amongst others! Well done everyone!

After a good night’s sleep, a morning swim/run and a hearty breakfast, we were all ready to face the high ropes course.
