Running from Wednesday the 18th until Tuesday the 24th, it will have selection of books suitable for all age ranges from Sunflowers right through to Year 6 with prices starting at £2.99. Firefighters visit Year 2

Years 2 and 5 had a visit from Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service. They found out lots of way to keep themselves and their families safe in the event of a fire.

Ashmansworthy class worked hard to tidy up the vegetable beds, tidy up the greenhouse and sort out the forest school sheds. Class five have been working hard to consolidate their understanding of circuits. Their challenge was to create a game or activity incorporating a circuit with a bulb, buzzer, motor and switch. African Batik Printing

Class 5 used images and motifs inspired by their Africa topic to produce a print. Hot wax was used to draw onto the fabric then the colours were added using a powdered dye. Finally the wax was removed using a hot iron and paper towels. The children also made their frame to mount their artwork. […]
