Happy Half Term! Our schools have been glorious this week, with proper warm, summer weather for the children to enjoy. It looks like this will extend into the half term break as well, so whatever your plans are for the two week break, I hope you have a lovely time. It’s been a very busy […]

On our way home

So, London 2023 is a wrap. Thank you, parents, for lending us your children these past three days- they have been great company and have worked and lived seamlessly alongside our other Partnership schools, and with the children from Kingsacre Primary School too. Please remember we’re operating a flexible registration for residential children tomorrow so […]

Legoland has been awesome today. We got wet on the flume, which was great fun! We have been on lots of the rides because there were almost no queues in the park today.

Good-bye, London!

We’re all packed up and now en-route to Legoland.

Downing Street and the London Eye

We were so lucky to have been allowed in to Downing Street and have our photos taken with North Devon MP, Selaine Saxby. Afterwards we walked over to the South Bank and went on the London Eye

We’re at the Cambridge Theatre. We’re very excited. We ARE “Revolting Children” #matildathemusical #revoltingchildren #whenigrowup #maggots

We had a great tour of Parliament this morning, visiting the Robing Room, Lords Chamber, House of Lords, Central Lobby, House of Commons and Westminster Hall (no photos in any but Westminster Hall) We then spent time in the Education Centre and had a visit from both Torridge & West Devon MP Sir Geoffrey Cox […]

Jungle Cave

Our food was lovely!

More Sightseeing…

Here are some more pictures from our sightseeing walk. We were really pleased all of the Coronation decorations are still up.

What a perfect evening for sightseeing! The Royal Standard was flying at Buckingham Palace so we know the King was in… he didn’t come out to say hello, though!

We have Arrived!

We arrived bang on time. We’ve checked into our rooms and are just having a snack ready to go out again to explore…

Lunch at Membury

We’ve had a really good jouney so far. We opted for a late lunch at Membury services as our evening meal is so late tonight. The weather will be perfect for a walking sightseeing tour later on. #excited

Taunton Deane

Just stopped at Taunton Deane for a break. Aiming to go on to Membury now for lunch 😊
