Class 5 had some ‘eggsellent’ visitors!

We were lucky enough to have a visit by Mr Pennington who brought his two chickens with him. Class 1 are looking after them at the moment as they are learning about farms, but we were just as excited to find out about them. The brown one is Masie, and the grey one is called Princess Kate, as she hatched on the day of the royal wedding.
I knew Mr P had chickens but not that he would bring them into school.!!!!!¬!¬
today on 31st of march 2014 Mr
Pennington brought his chickens Mazie and Kate.
We enjoyed holding and stroking the chickens as well as asking questions about them.

This was fun but I was a bit scared because my mum is afraid birds.
