World War One Day update

Following on from the hugely successful community commemoration of the men who left our villages to go off the the Great War, we have a mention on the Devon Remembers site, which can be found here:

The tiles have now been fired and Jax, Louise and Jane will be coming to school next week to stick them to backing boards ready for them to be set in place over the half term break.
We are planning to unveil the memorial in a special assembly on 11th November, to which everyone is invited.
Really enjoyed that day and those tiles look great now they have been fired! :)
