The Mix at Tapeley Park 2017

Ashmansworthy Class enjoyed a day of music at Tapeley Park today, along with 1200 children from all over Devon. We started the day with the Big Sing, and then moved on to our first workshop-Steel Drums. After that it was time for a Hockins ice-cream before lunch. After lunch we participated in a work-shop by the English National Opera, singing songs from Carmen and La Traviata. It sounded amazing. We finished off with the Devon Teachers’ Rock Choir with a special appearance from……Woolsery School, singing Up and Up. Well done everybody for your fantastic singing and excellent behaviour. You were a credit to the school.
Woolsery Primary, you are a credit to North Devon. Thank you so much for performing Up & Up alongside the Devon Teachers Rock Choir yesterday, you were brilliant :). It is always a pleasure working with you all. Thank you Mr Cole for all your hard work and dedictaion. Debbie :)
