Community Beach Clean

Thank you to everybody who came and supported today’s beach clean at Westward Ho! beach. We had a great turn out and collected several sackfuls of rubbish-mostly small pieces of plastic, fishing line and rope. A few surprising finds were a child’s dummy, two odd neoprene shoes, a tee-shirt and a frisbee. It was a successful afternoon and we have now done our bit to reduce plastic litter in the environment.
