To link in with the beach clean, Stroxworthy class had an interactive workshop with Gavin from Devon Marine Foundation.
Do you know what you might see on a Pink Sea Fan? What might live in a rock pool? How much of the world’s surface is covered by ocean? Did you know anything man-made could end up as marine litter? How might a plastic bag cause a problem in the sea?
I’m sure lots of the children will be able to help you answer these questions. We can all do our bit and by picking up any litter, this can stop it polluting our environment.
