The Very Hungry Caterpillar

By squeezing tweezers, we fed The Very Hungry Caterpillar. This action helps to develop our fine motor skills.
This is our shape sorting butterfly tuff tray. It was fun naming the shapes and matching the shapes to the correct butterfly wing.
Sunflowers listened carefully to the story The Very Hungry Caterpillar and they are becoming confident in recalling what the caterpillar ate on each day of the week and ordering story cards correctly.
We took it in turns to play The Very Hungry Caterpillar Game

We are practicing pencil control by drawing a line to take the caterpillar to the food. We tried to stay in the middle of the path!
