Summertime at Burford woods!!!

Today was a lovely day. We explored the woods and built new dens. We had cheese and chocolate fondu (not in the same pan though!) We had a new arabic dish called Mejadra (suggested by one of the year 6 boy’s) everyone tried, most enjoyed, and some even had seconds! We did some whittling and an epic game of hide and seek where the seekers lost as we never found the hiders. We had mud paint on faces and also a bit of light reading. There’s was more food with various different flavours of damper bread and s’mores. I had a lovely last trip with the year 6 and will always remember them singing ‘Never gonna give you up’.
