Bag 2 School Thanks

The Bag2School collection at Woolsery last week raised a tidy sum for the school – thank you to everyone who brought in something – we think it was the most successful collection yet at 650kg. This raised £325 for the school – thank you!

PE and Sports

We have had some amazing sporting achievements across the Partnership in recent weeks:
Our Woolsery team came a fantastic 3rd place with our VSP team playing some excellent football and coming 6th.
This week we sent a team from each school of year 3 and 4 pupils to play in a tennis competition at ARC in Bideford. Here is a link to the blog post:
Good luck to our cross country runners this Sunday 4th February. The race is at Shebbear College with the first race starting at 10am. Results will be in next week’s Newsletter!
Next Tuesday is the Y4, 5, and 6 Multiskills Sports event at Atlantic Academy. This is taking place in the morning, with children back in their own school in time for lunch. Please remember your child needs to be in their usual smart, uniform PE Kit.

Lunches

Just a reminder that if you have booked a school lunch for your child and no longer need it, you need to remember to cancel the meal, either on ScoPay (up to midnight the night before) or by speaking to someone in your school office. When our admin team are able to, they will check for this to save you the expense of unwanted meals, but please don’t rely on them doing this for you – it’s your responsibility to cancel meals that are no longer needed. Thank you.
