Happy Easter!

In continuous provision this week we have enjoyed lots of Easter themed activities.

It was fun exploring our Easter tuff tray
We used our imagination at the loose parts table
We decorated Easter Eggs on the interactive whiteboard
We drew some lovely Easter pictures
In creative arts and design we made Easter baskets and decorated them
We remembered what we had learnt about hinges and used split pins to add handles to our Easter baskets
We enjoyed making chocolate Easter nests to put in our Easter baskets
By rolling and manipulating play dough we made Hot Cross Buns. We enjoyed singing the nursery rhyme “Hot Cross Buns”.
There was great communication in working together to weed our outside garden
It was a challenge to balance a ball on a spoon
On the stage we used our imagination to create guitar, rock music
