We’re getting ready to welcome everyone back to school next Monday!
This term’s theme is Doodlebugs and Beatles and will give the children a chance to explore the changes in our village from the arrival of the evacuees in 1940 up until the ‘modernisation’ of the village in the 1960s.
We also have the Appledore Book Festival to look forward to, with our Author visit on 14th September when Tracey Corderoy will come and work with Stroxworthy and Alminstone Classes.
Ashmansworthy Class will be swimming this term on Mondays, beginning on Monday 14th September. Please remember your child will need swimming gear, a towel and a swimming hat for their lesson. Thanks.
