This week in cookery club we made guacamole (avocado, lemon juice and coriander) and a minty yogurt dip (Greek yogurt, chopped mint, chopped cucumber and
lemon juice). We also made tortilla chips and a variety of crudites. Most people preferred the yogurt dip.
