Alminstone athletics

This week we have been learning about athletics in preparation for sports day. On Monday we looked at six different aspects of our sprinting technique along with how to perform the best long jump. Yesterday we tried a long run, thinking about our technique and breathing and keeping running all the way to the end. After this we tried the triple jump and vortex throw. We have some incredible runners, jumpers and throwers. Look out for us on sports day.
