Devon Wildlife Trust

The year two and three’s have been lucky to have a visit from the Devon Wildlife Trust. Lastvyear they started a project that’s called ‘saving devons treescape’ we started the project last year buy gather seeds and processing them for the winter and then come the spring we planted them. We have been lucky to grow 20 oak saplings. They were so excited that we were successful in doing this. This year we are growing even more. The lady from Devon wildlife Trust explained more about the project and then helped with sorting Hazel nuts from a Hazel trees and berry’s from our rowan trees. We are getting some .ore equipment from the Trust to do the next stage of the project so very exciting.
